The Hua Hin area of Takiab is a treasure trove of Buddhist temples. In one day, you can visit 5-6 attractions in one location. You can get on the “green” minibus from the center for 10 baht. You need to go to the final stop, travel time is 15-20 minutes. The square offers a view of 4 temples at once: on the left hand there will be a temple on the mountain next to the beach, on the right, two temples under the mountain and one on the mountain. Happy travels!
New renovations.Nice waterfall.Beautiful temple.
good shady
very quiet
Beautiful church, cool breeze, beautiful view.
Very beautiful, condition is quite in need of care, but clean. The atmosphere is very good, the bathroom is clean.
Stairway 200 steps up, hundred old temple.
Old and charismatic temple. A very personal experience.
Peaceful with wonderful views and something to see around every corner. There are also toilets, and fish you can feed. 30 minutes well spent.
A simple and elegant temple with a better view than the adjacent Wat Khao Takiap
quiet, beautiful view
Worth seeing.
hard way up the stairways but up there a lot of buddhas and shrines to see. also a very bright view to Hua Hin, the beachside and the country. all in all very nice but needs a little clean up.
good atmosphere
Lovely temple, ponds are layered into the hill as you walk up. Great view and the monk was kind.
A fine temple site on a high hill. Many different Buddha and other statues, great viewpoints, from which a panorama of the sea and Hua Hin and the mountains. It is worth climbing all the way to the top, the view is worth the effort. Stock up on good shoes, enough water, and a curious mind. Not for the weak-footed, lots of climbing and narrow paths.
Quiet, cool breeze all day suitable for practicing Dharma
calm, good weather
It’s a well-known mountain temple. Chana Kriengkrai against madness, actually named Khao Krailas Temple, beautiful and peaceful, with a staircase that allows you to exercise Lots of stairs, difficult to clean, but cleaned for many days. Proud.
great view majestic and beautiful
Very local and quiet temple. Need more maintenance.

Looks old and magical
Very quiet and beautiful place! Definitely a must visit. In the evening, you can safely walk along the paths to look at the sea. Just an amazing sunset.
Strange abandoned place, but the view is beautiful
Wonderful!
It is an old temple belonging to the predecessor of the former Supreme Patriarch. The temple needs many factors to maintain the old religious place.
because it is a place that should be worshiped
Paying respect to 99 reclining Buddha images, year 2021
The 13th Buddha image, reclining Buddha, Khao Krailas Temple
This reclining Buddha image is not very large. Built on the hill of Wat Krailas make a white realistic robe stripes hair made into hair and made a halo around the head The key is to the left. That may refer to the reclining Buddha when performing a miracle that performs the left and right reclining symptoms normally on the right side in a reclining Sihaya style. There was another one on the left side. This temple is a temple of Thammayut, quiet and beautiful. while there are many viewpoints Nearby there is also Wat Khao Takiab. The main attractions of Hua Hin
The next one is the reclining Buddha, Thung Pradu Temple. Prachuap Khiri Khan
The previous one, Reclining Buddha, Khao Yoi Cave, Phetchaburi
beautiful temple.
Class
Great view from the top of Hua Hin and the surrounding areas. If you don’t like stairs then this is not the temple for you, there are lots of stairs. Worthwhile climb, we went on a week day and there was practically no one else around. Did not see any monkeys here, which is a definite plus.
Peace and shady
Beautiful temple, peaceful, not crowded kind teacher Suitable for praying, fasting, paying homage to the Buddha
Some of the most beautiful views of Hua Hin you will find if you venture all around the various levels on top of this Wat complex. Not too many steps up to the top level either, so it won’t tire you out. You can see as far as Sam Roi Yot to the South and all of Hua Hin to the north including incredible sea views at the back top level. It is a 90 year old temple, so it a bit shabby in places, but that will not spoil the trip. Amazing place for an hour to take in the sights. Don’t forget to leave some money to keep this place going!
Nice walk to this beautiful looking temple in the area. The architecture is interesting and the walk there is quiet off the main road.
It is a very peaceful temple, beautiful view, old and beautiful church.

Beautiful temple located on a hill some 100 meters from the ‘monkey mountain’.
You can have problems with dogs that become hostile.
Great structure and such a quiet and solemn place.
hard way up the stairways but up there a lot of buddhas and shrines to see. also a very bright view to Hua Hin, the beachside and the country. all in all very nice but needs a little clean up.
Beautiful Thai style cloister
Going up the stairs is very tiring, but the view above is beautiful. There is a place to walk and pay respects. Beautiful and shady on the pavilion. There is drinking water available for service. Cool breeze. Dogs in the temple secretly look.
Walking quite high, good atmosphere, lack of care, rarely making merit
Beautiful and important temple. Near Buddha. Enjoy the view and relax!

Very peaceful temple. I will come more often, there are only 6 monks stay in this temple.
A normal place, I would even say mysterious) incomprehensible pools of water in which someone lives)
Great views once you have climbed the stairs.. I have visited many temples and this one really needs to be cleaned up. The whole place just looks so run down, dirty and neglected. Very sad actually.
It is a very beautiful temple, quiet and peaceful. The view above overlooking the sea of chopsticks is very beautiful. But most of them walk. Exercise in the mangrove forests around the mountain more for those who have a lot of energy. Advise to go up and pay homage to the monk and will find the beauty of the view on the temple
It is an old temple in the past, located on the hill, being repaired for people to go up to worship. Anyone who wants to make merit can help build a cloister or pavilion for monks to invite.
There are 3 temples next to each other near Male Very beautiful with monkeys too
An interesting place, located close to residential buildings. From the outside it is imperceptible, but when you get inside, a very beautiful view opens up, of the whole Hua Hin, as well as the temple hidden under the thickets of trees!!! Very mesmerizing!
Buy a slingshot scares away monkeys price 50 baht
The atmosphere is fresh and quiet.

Great view from the top of Hua Hin and the surrounding areas. If you don’t like stairs then this is not the temple for you, there are lots of stairs. Worthwhile climb, we went on a week day and there was practically no one else around. Did not see any monkeys here, which is a definite plus.
This temple boasts the best view in Hua Hin. Even just sitting on top of a huge rock wall, you can feel the magical energy.
Beautiful place to experience and explore
Come to Hua Hin, you must not miss to make merit here.
This temple is Thammayuk Temple. Branch from Wat Ratchabophit at one time the present Patriarch
have created
On the temple, there are many interesting points and history.
quiet temple How many people are not crowded Above the sea view, very beautiful. It has a long history since King Rama IX visited.
kind teacher
great place, located on the mountain where a long staircase leads. The temple itself is not touristic, but no one will stop you to visit. On the territory there is an observation deck and several buildings, as well as on the territory there is a small reservoir in which many fish live, which you can feed. If you go to the left of the reservoir, then there will be a concrete path that goes around the rock and on the right side there will be a staircase with iron railings and take you out to another part of the temple, there is a Buddha statue. The place itself is very quiet, far from being touristy, where there are no people and fuss, and there is complete harmony and silence, which gives mystery to this place. There is a small temple in the rock where you can just put money and take candles or incense sticks and put it at the base of the Buddha and make your wishes. In general, take the time and visit this place, just take a walk or sit down to think about the good and completely relax. After all, sometimes this is not enough in all this life fuss.
quiet, shady
It is also a place to cut the Hua Hin Marathon. Ample parking space
Magnificent intimate and ideal place to admire the sunset
This temple is great very peaceful great for meditation and very good views not to many steps to climb .has a great old temple bit different from others in the area has fish to feed and nice shrines ..parking is great to very beautiful and peaceful. It is an old temple in Hua Hin District, Sai Thammayut, clean, quiet, peaceful, the scenery is very beautiful. You can see the sea and Khao Takiab clearly. The district is very kind. Tourists like to come to make merit. There is a shrine, an old Buddha statue. many sacred things
